Kim GillThe chairman of real estate development at Fort Worth’s Sable Holdings, Kim Gill attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and completed course work in business administration at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Since starting Sable Development in 1999, he has overseen a number of residential and commercial projects in Fort Worth, Texas, and throughout the greater Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Specific Texas developments completed under Kim Gill’s direction include Quail Grove in Fort Worth, Lawson Farms in Midlothian, Bentridge Estates in Hurst, McDavid Springs in Aledo, Phase I and Phase II of the Woodlands in Krugerville, and the Starbucks Shopping Center in Leander.

A former member of the Fort Worth Builders Association, Mr. Gill was the developer for the Kaleidoscope of Homes in 1996.
